Soul lets you design, visualize, and manage database schemas and generate related application code. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the schemas, designs, and other content you create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service on your behalf.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Soul and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data or generated output.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
